Team England Rugby

Team England Rugby (TER) Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation, which has been established to work collaboratively with the RFU and other game wide stakeholders, to a create a fresh start and new governance structure for the men’s England Rugby Team.

Team England Rugby (TER) was set up in January 2024. England internationals were concerned about the direction the game was going in. They had questions over welfare and commercial matters. TER gives the players a voice and they aim to create positive change across English Rugby.

The key board members are Ellis Genge, Jamie George, Maro Itoje, Joe Marler and Anthony Watson.
