Amanda is one of Britain’s most celebrated fashion designers and creative directors.

Amanda’s Clean Glam aesthetic became a favourite of the world’s most stylish women, including Diana, Princess of Wales, and more recently Catherine, Princess of Wales, The Duchess of Sussex, and Queen Rania of Jordan as well as many Hollywood stars including Angelina Jolie, Scarlett Johansson, Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez.  

In October 2022 Amanda launched her highly rated podcast series ‘Amanda Wakeley Style DNA’ in which she is joined by a different celebrity guest each week to discover the ‘Lives Behind The Looks’ of their best and worst fashion moments, often with hilarious and surprising results.  

Amanda is a popular writer and broadcaster who is regularly commissioned to write or present on fashion, royalty and style for the mainstream national and international media.  She has also presented her own television series, ‘Women and Cars’ which was commissioned by ITV.

Amanda holds three British Fashion Awards and is an Honorary Doctor of the Arts.  In 2010, Amanda was awarded an OBE in recognition for her contribution to the British fashion industry and for her role as the founding co-chair of Fashion Targets Breast Cancer, a role she has held since FTBC’s inception in 1996.  The award was presented by [our now] HRH King Charles III at Buckingham Palace.
